Taking some time away from her usual West Coast stomping ground, Shenae Grimes was spotted at Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week yesterday (February 12).

The “90210” babe looked to be enjoying herself as she checked out some hot new looks from the Charlotte Ronson 2010 Fall Fashion Show at the Promenade at Bryant Park.

And Shenae wasn’t the only celeb in the crowd – fellow stars like Solange Knowles, Keke Palmer, and Samantha Ronson also showed up.

In related news, Miss Grimes recently appeared in a new Public Service Announcement about Haiti earthquake relief efforts, telling everyone, “we’re here to tell you that every little bit counts.”

When the new season of 90210 premieres on Tuesday, we’ll find Annie (Shenae Grimes) still dealing with her prom night hit-and-run.

But that’s not all she’s going to have to worry about.

A beach club party hook up with West Beverly Hills High School senior and football star Mark Driscoll, played by newcomer Blake Hood, leads to a scandal that appears to have been ripped from any number of Hollywood headlines.

“We get together and I do something I shouldn’t have done,” Hood tells me.

Uh-oh.

“I take a picture of her that I probably shouldn’t have taken and oops, guess what? It gets around a little bit,” Hood says.

Despite the messiness, Hood says Mark does try to help Annie get through the sext scandal. “It’s definitely a relationship that kind of sticks around for a while,” Hood says, adding, “He’s a good guy who has done a couple of bad things, has made some mistakes.”

Hood, a Dallas native who moved to L.A. three years ago, laughs when asked if he has secret real-life NSFW pics or video of his own stashed away somewhere. “Maybe that’s something to strive for,” he cracks. “You know you’ve made it when you have a sex tape.”

Shenae Grimes and a mystery male leave a hair salon together on Saturday afternoon (August 22) in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old actress recently talked about the new character on 90210, Jasper Herman (Zachary Ray Sherman), the nephew of the man she murdered in the season-one finale.

“He’s totally that Christian Slater in Heathers kind of vibe—that creepy older dude who you just can’t take your eyes off of,” Shenae tells E!. “I have a bad feeling in my gut, and I think he’s going to take Annie for a little bit of a spin… She [also] thinks she finds love [with him] and that may screw her up a little more.”
